1-on-1 Coaching Sessions – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At UK Study Bridge Academy, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our cancellation and refund policy for one-on-one coaching sessions.

Cancellation Notice

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• Requests must be submitted via email to info@ukstudybridgeacademy.org.

Refund Policy

• If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you can choose between:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling your session at no extra cost.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• In case of emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance.

• All rescheduling requests should be sent via email.

Our Commitment to You

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will:

• Offer an alternative date/time, or

• Provide a full refund immediately.
