1-on-1 Coaching Sessions – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At UK Study Bridge Academy, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our cancellation and refund policy for one-on-one coaching sessions.
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Requests must be submitted via email to info@ukstudybridgeacademy.org.
Refund Policy
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you can choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling your session at no extra cost.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
In case of emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance.
All rescheduling requests should be sent via email.
Our Commitment to You
If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will:
Offer an alternative date/time, or
Provide a full refund immediately.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies ensure a smooth experience for all learners.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy – Membership Subscription
By purchasing a 12-month membership subscription at UK Study Bridge Academy LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
One-Off Payment & Access
- Your payment grants you full access to all members-only content, including courses, downloads, templates, and future updates, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- This subscription is billed once only (no auto-renewal) and does not renew automatically at the end of the 12 months.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- As access to all digital resources is granted immediately after purchase, your subscription is considered used and activated from the moment payment is confirmed.
- In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and international digital goods policies, by proceeding with payment you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period.
- Therefore, no refunds will be issued once the payment is completed, unless required by law under exceptional circumstances (such as technical failure on our part that prevents access to the service).
